Hello, my name is Michelle and I live in Australia, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane.
I have always enjoyed being creative and making things. In high school I would paint my nails one half black and one half white, I thought this was so cool. Little did I know the possibilities of nail art, til one day quite by accident about a year ago, I discovered a tutorial on youtube for water marbling….oh my god!!! Then another tutorial and another, blog pages, photos…where had I been?? So it began my love and somewhat obsession with all things lacquer. Online challenges have motivated me to think outside the box, to come up with new ideas and techniques.
An art teacher once told me “rules are there to be broken”, I’m sure lots of people have said this, but my title is about breaking art rules.
